3. Course Access and Delivery
3.1. Upon successful payment, access to digital content will be granted immediately through our platform.
3.2. Course access duration:
- One-off purchases: As defined in the relevant course description
- Subscriptions: Access maintained during active subscription period
- Bundles: Access as specified in bundle description
- Organisational Seats: As defined in the individual agreements with clients
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. Payments can be made in a number of currencies with the default currency being the Euro. Payments in other currencies are charged at the day’s currency rate against the Euro.
4.2. Subscription payments:
- Automatically renewed at the end of each billing period
- Cancellation possible up to 24 hours before renewal
- No refund for partial subscription periods
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
5.2. The withdrawal right expires for digital content and courses as soon as you login to a course or begin downloading or streaming the content.
5.3. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through an unequivocal statement (e.g., email).
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All course content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
6.2. You may not:
- Share access credentials to your courses or the Kapazitee.com website
- Copy or distribute course materials
- Record or reproduce course content
- Use content for commercial purposes
7. Technical Requirements
7.1. Users are responsible for maintaining:
- Stable internet connection
- Updated web browser
- Required software for accessing course materials
8. Data Protection
8.1. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.

9. Course Content Updates
9.1. We reserve the right to:
- Update course content
- Modify course structure
- Add or remove materials
- Discontinue courses with reasonable notice
10. User Obligations
10.1. Users must:

- Maintain password confidentiality
- Use content for personal learning only
- Comply with the terms stated in this document
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. We are liable without limitation for:
- Intentional damage
- Gross negligence
- Injury to life, body, or health
